  1. I have ordered more than the allowed quota , and my I cannot get my tickets / event pass / etc. Why?

    1. All orders above quota is automatically refunded, and restocked, no matter what. No partial refund available
    2. If it is a recurring event; a ban may have been issued.
  2. I have received a order confirmation, but suddenly there was no available tickets anyway!? Why?

    1. No event tickets is "secured" until it is set as fullfilled, and shipped. Sometimes this is not visible in the system, until the limit is reaced. 
    2. Collect your tickets as soon as possible, at the indicated location. 
  3. My order confirmation states my shipping details, and I expect to get the tickets to my home adress, while I didnt order the shipping option to get it sent to me? I didnt get any ticket sent home to me. Why??

    1. The Order Confirmation just states your entered information. 
    2. If you dont order the shipping option to get it sent home to you, it will not be sent home to you.
  4. I have tried time and time again to purchase , but cannot get the payment trough
    1. You may have tried too many times, and the security function have been triggered. You may have to process the transaction manually.
    2. You may call Paypal customer service at 0047 800 56 330 and read the card details, for manual processing. 
    3. Easiest solution: Create a paypal account, store your info, and get customer service to sort the payment out.
