I have ordered more than the allowed quota , and my I cannot get my tickets / event pass / etc. Why?
- All orders above quota is automatically refunded, and restocked, no matter what. No partial refund available
- If it is a recurring event; a ban may have been issued.

I have received a order confirmation, but suddenly there was no available tickets anyway!? Why?
- No event tickets is "secured" until it is set as fullfilled, and shipped. Sometimes this is not visible in the system, until the limit is reaced.
- Collect your tickets as soon as possible, at the indicated location.

My order confirmation states my shipping details, and I expect to get the tickets to my home adress, while I didnt order the shipping option to get it sent to me? I didnt get any ticket sent home to me. Why??
- The Order Confirmation just states your entered information.
- If you dont order the shipping option to get it sent home to you, it will not be sent home to you.
- I have tried time and time again to purchase , but cannot get the payment trough

- You may have tried too many times, and the security function have been triggered. You may have to process the transaction manually.
- You may call Paypal customer service at 0047 800 56 330 and read the card details, for manual processing.
- Easiest solution: Create a paypal account, store your info, and get customer service to sort the payment out.
