Dentist Deal - Yearly checkup - Info only

Colosseumklinikken AS have made a deal with the members of Schlumberger Welfare & Sports Club.

 

They provide members with following benefits:

 

• 950,- NOK for checkup, included; 2 x-ray pictures, polish and cleanup.
• 10% discount on all treatments at Colosseum, not included external services.
• Yearly appointments, and follow up
• Members have a priority and can guarantee appointment the same day, if needed
• Deal applies for all Colosseum clinics in Norway

 

Terms of Service:

Members pay for the appointment after the visit.
On the first appointment, members need to show SLB company ID, or show the deal of the password protected website www.slb-welfare.com.

 

Appointments must be cancelled no later than the day before.
If cancelled prior to deadline, the appointment reserved must be payed.

 

The deal gives mutual right for campaigning and offers towards our members of the org, via www.slb-welfare.com.

Any changes in the agreement, voids the agreements and a new agreement must be made.

 

The agreement is only valid if cross-signed by all parties.
