MAKERthon & MAKERfest

We have in cooperation with Bergen Public Library, made it possible to participate in a team effort, to make two 3D printers, where we get to keep one. This will be possible to rent from the tool club in Bergen. 

 We have to make new scientists in these challenging times, and we start now ;)

Please sign up to participate, we need 3 school kids  with attached mothers / fathers, to participate

Friday, 27 November

6:00 p.m. Kickoff. 
Brief introduction to 3D printing of works manager Håvard Legreid. Presentation of the management team: Haakon Nilsen, Kostiantyn
Denysenko, Frikk and Truls Fossdal.( SLB employee ) 
7:00 p.m. Unboxing. 
The teams gather and we prepare
parts for printers.
7:30 p.m. LOOKING AHEAD.
 Information about the weekend
program. Competition rules, assessment and workshops. Motivational words from our sponsors.
8:00 p.m. Maker Fest.
 We go in Amalies garden
mingling, music and exhibitions.

Saturday, November 28

10:00 BUILDING .
The teams gather to build printers. Workshops in product development
and practical use of 3D printers from 12:00 to
2:00 p.m.. The groups are monitored by Frikk, Truls
and Kostiantyn.
Light lunch.
The goal of completing the bulk of the printer at 16:00.

Sunday, November 29

10:00 THE PRINTER. The teams putting the final touches
at work and makes its first test print. Pimping
and costumisering of the printer. Workshop in
3d design, 3d tools for anyone
Light lunch, finger food
14: 00-16: 00 COMPETITION PRINT.
5:00 p.m. Juriering. WINNERS crowned.
Individual sponsorship prices.

Monday November 30
EXHIBITION of all printers in the library.
